As always, we were very satisfied. The fish is fresh and tasty, the fried potatoes were amazing, the service is attentive and quick. When we are on the island we will come back.

Small, nice, friendly, you can look through the window at the last catch from the guest room. The food was extremely good (not only the fish, but also mundane things like the fried potatoes that were very crispy and tasty). Often wondered about good reviews from other restaurants, it's really true here! Absolute recommendation.

Small but nice that fits. Great food, if only we could get the fried potatoes like that too. The fish is a dream. The scent of smoked eel makes the water run under the bridge. And to be honest, of course the extremely charming boss does it perfectly. We will be back. Fast and friendly service, tables are cleaned thoroughly before they are reassigned. The food is just delicious! Well seasoned and prepared to the point. Definitely to be recommended. The fish comes from the fisherman - a smokehouse is connected so that you can also take freshly smoked fish with you. There is a slight smoky smell in the air here. In the picture cod and flounder. Prices are really ok.

Anyone who wants ambience is completely wrong here. If you want to eat real fish at the fisherman's, you've come to the right place. Good prices. Unfortunately, in Corona times you have to wait 30-60 minutes for a table.

Delicious, quick and friendly. Reservations must be made for tables in the restaurant. The tables outside are only "while stocks last", then you have to wait until something becomes free. In addition, you can buy various smoked fish at the counter. All about great!

Have turned up here without a reservation and got a table after a short wait. The food was excellent and super fresh. The service extremely friendly and courteous. The drinks and the food came quickly despite the full restaurant. All of our plates were empty and everyone was very satisfied. I can absolutely recommend this location. Advance reservation would be beneficial. Thanks for the very good food. Carry on like this 👍

Absolutely delicious! Now I can understand why it is so difficult to get a place there. Price-performance perfectly okay. I could only have saved the dessert - ready-made spaghetti ice cream. The atmosphere is rather simple, the location is remote, but the visit was worth it!

The fish was excellent, the service good, but unfortunately there is a big minus for the Corona measures. The waitress was the only one wearing a mask; 70% of the customers entered the restaurant without mouth and nose protection. The premises were also cramped. The host would do well to comply with existing laws.

Something like that still exists? Full hygiene concept, super nice staff, delicious, very well portioned food at a fair price in a holiday resort! YES !!! The restaurant is called "Zum Fischer", the hotspot for the best fish cuisine in Baabe. THANK YOU !!

A small, fine fish restaurant, the service fast and friendly. I can recommend food to everyone. There are some here who only have to complain because it is not going fast enough. I can only say or write it myself.

A bit strange dealing with people who reserve in advance. In the best weather we would only have got a table in the smoky and stuffy room after we had to wait in line for 20 minutes in front of the restaurant seven days ago despite a reservation ... Was probably not the fisherman's best day ... We ate elsewhere, although I doubt it really affects the fisherman.

Excellent (!!!) fresh food. Really great. We have already been there twice on vacation and will also eat here twice more. I can only recommend. Keep it up. Also gluten-free !!!

Amazing fishy dishes in charming surroundings. We went there two days in a row. We ate the halibut filet and baked flatfish (Ostseeflunder) the first evening and the herring plate (Heringsteller) and steamed cod (Dorschfilet (Kabeljau) gedünstet) the second evening. All the fish dishes were tender and fried just right. The sides were great, particularly their sweet-vinegary sides of salad. Both the fried potato and their salt potatoes were perfectly made. Hoping to come back again in the future!

Super delicious food and huge portions. The operation is very pleasant and can remember the orders even with more than 4 people in the head. Got a table without a reservation after a short wait. A reservation is necessary for larger groups. Everything highly recommended and we will definitely come back.

Very tasty fish, friendly service, reasonable prices. You can sit outside and inside - but you should definitely reserve a table in advance. We'll drop by again on the next Rügen vacation.
